Straight out of high school, I got my first job as a Handyman on the upper east side and quickly worked my way up the ranks to Resident Manager at the age of 26 years old. In 2013 the company I work for, Rose Associates, approached and offered me the opportunity an opening a newly constructed building located at 200 East 79th street, which I currently still work for.

I have had the pleasure to work for Rose Associates, formerly Dwelling Managers, and now Roseterra for over 29 years. Along the way, I have been fortunate enough to meet many talented professionals; some of which have grown to become amazing mentors and great friends. I would like to especially thank Jay Schofield from Rose Associates and Patrick Reidy, my long-time colleagues for enriching and making my career more enjoyable.

SABMG has given me the chance to help current and future generations of Resident Managers by providing guidance, support and introducing them to fellow industry members and vendors. This organization’s mission is to create a collaborative community by providing its members with networking opportunities to learn, grow and advance careers. As a member of the club’s slate, I am looking forward to helping our membership base and vendor relationships grow so we can continue its wonderful legacy.
